Learning

The insatiable quest to develop and better oneself is an ingrained trait since the dawn of time.  Learning does not stop at the workplace and learning can take on different aspects from employee on-boarding, on-the-job-training (OJT), to classroom or seminar styled activities.

Technology has dramatically changed the way businesses and companies operate and continue to do so at an alarming speed and pace.  Laws, regulations, processes, and policies will also need to keep abreast with these changes and our aim with Learning is to build an ‘awareness’ that leads to the Development of the many subjects and issues faced.

Our Learning Series is a series of educational topics that are HR centric in nature and shaped with one goal in mind: the education of individuals for growth and success.  We’re also able to assist with Induction and Policy and Procedure workshops that you need presented to your employees.

Providing organizations with that Human Resources perspective when it comes to hiring, i.e. resume filtering, interviews, candidate assessment, etc

Starter Series

Geared specifically for organizations that are new or those without the Human Resources function. The Starter Series is built to enable the organization to run with the basic policies, processes, and strategies.  An added feature is our outsourcing services for 3 months that comes complete with the basic and necessary HR specific paperwork. 
 
The Starter Series designed with client input and feedback will drive the fundamental HR agenda.  We love processes and policies that are simple yet efficient and succinct, and this product coupled with the outsourcing service will support any organization thoroughly.
